larry, oh but he still uses that saying. Just a couple days ago in the Rose Garden, he said we are in Iraq at the invitation of the govt and we will leave when they want us to go.
It is my understand at the MPs are saying we have to go. I agree that it is more about Bush and his vision of the world than it is about anything else.

Iraqi special forces kill militia leader in Basra

Yes, and 6 more U.S. soldiers died today. :(
Sadr just want us out of his country, more so after we tried to kill him in 2004.
Why couldn't we talk with these guys, you know diplomatic diplomacy to work things out, instead of trying to set this guy up then failing to kill him.
Then we wonder why he hates us and wants us out of his country.
Bush used to claim the U.S would leave Iraq when the Iraqis no longer wanted us there.
Now that people in Iraq are lining the streets demanding U.S withdrawal, Bush no longer makes that claim.
Nobody will deter his quest for world domination.
Well, I suppose that "turn about is fair play" ...
(although I must admit - I sure am glad Canada ain't on this list, eh?)

I am proud to be a member of the ambiguously evil trio. Thanks for the link, btw.
